This button is the base unit’s version of your pendant button. Should you require assistance, you can press the red button to alert the Response Team. The Response Team will speak to you straight away over the loudspeaker.

Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly.
