I have had an alarm for sometime and the battery had run down, I rang the service dept and was sent a new box the next day, after a check test every thing was fine. Thank you for the swift service.

Very good service but had to contact support as pairing instructions for the necklace fob was not in the set up box.

Its fike,but your updatewith new alarm and chargeris not really compatable with the last products, in tha the last issue you could view the charging light and when the charging was complete, In the new equipment you do not know that the unit is carging and/or when the charging is complete, this i believe is a backward step Your booklet states that a charge should last a month with normal useage. Normal use is every day except when in the company of revations or frienda for a reasonable time, putting it on charge daily is not an answer when trying to consaerve electricity, and knowing when it is charged

Delivered on time, easy to set up , my mum is happy with it, my mum knocked the bracelet the other day and it set it off and the lady was lovely with my mum asking her if she was ok , , the older generation don’t like anything new but mum is very happy with it .

This system has brought the family peace of mind and is giving dad the independence he needs, both in the house and pottering in the garden. Initially I spoke with Jos who explained how the system worked and answered numerous questions. He was very helpful. Equipment arrived the next day, though the key safe took a bit longer. Excellent customer service from all. Set-up and testing was quick and easy. Very pleased with the purchase.

Easy to purchase, set up and use! Bought for my mother after a fall, fractured hip and arms. She wants to return to independent living and this has made this possible for her to return to her own home with more peace of mind. She is wearing this as a pendant.
