Free Next-Working-Day Delivery

Place an order for a personal alarm before 6:30pm on weekdays, before 12.30pm on Saturday or before 10.30am on Sunday and you’ll receive your alarm the next working day – free of charge.

Our free delivery option is fulfilled by Royal Mail, using their 24-hour tracked delivery service, so expect your package to come at the usual time your post arrives!

This means that you will be able to set up and test your alarm within just 24 hours of ordering.

Other Delivery Options

In addition to our free next-working-day delivery option, we also provide a few alternatives. If you’re going to be out during the day, you can request that your alarm is delivered before 10:30am the next working day. Alternatively, you can request that your alarm arrives before 12 noon on the next working day.

Our final delivery option is for guaranteed Saturday delivery This may be convenient if you’re working all through the weekdays. You can see the pricing for our delivery options below.

    Its fike,but your updatewith new alarm and chargeris not really compatable with the last products, in tha the last issue you could view the charging light and when the charging was complete, In the new equipment you do not know that the unit is carging and/or when the charging is complete, this i believe is a backward step Your booklet states that a charge should last a month with normal useage. Normal use is every day except when in the company of revations or frienda for a reasonable time, putting it on charge daily is not an answer when trying to consaerve electricity, and knowing when it is charged
