Push the red button if you require any help or assistance. You can also press the red button on your pendant. This will send an alert to our Response Team, who will then send you the help you need.
The Lifeline Vi Alarm includes a loudspeaker, which the Response Team will use to communicate with you in an emergency. It's loud enough to be heard from another room.
A built-in microphone will allow you to speak with the Response Team when you need help. You'll be able to tell them what has happened and they will respond by sending help to your home.
The green button allows you to cancel alarm calls, but do not feel the need to use it. If you raise the alarm accidentally, please just wait for the Response Team to answer and then let them know you are okay.
Please do not press this Home/Away button unless a member of our Response Team asks you to. It's generally used with additional equipment like bed sensors.
In the event of a power cut, this back-up battery will kick in. The battery has a 40-hour charge and will automatically recharge itself once power has been restored to your home.
