When our Response Team receive an alert, they assess the situation and arrange support using the alarm unit loudspeaker. No need to remember phone numbers – our team do all the work.
You will always be in safe hands with the LifeConnect SmartLife Alarm. Our Response Team will continue to arrange support if, for any reason, you’re unable to communicate with them over the alarm speaker.
Our team will inform your emergency contacts that you have activated your SmartLife Alarm. If medical attention is required, the emergency services will be alerted. Our team will pass on any relevant medical information and reassure you that help is on the way.

Your lightweight alarm pendant works up to 600m away from the base unit, supporting your independence throughout the home and garden. You can live confidently knowing you can activate your alarm even at the bottom of your garden. Your pendant is lightweight, waterproof, and can be worn on your wrist or around your neck.
Lifetime Warranty
All alarm equipment provided by LifeConnect24 is covered by a lifetime warranty. If a replacement is required, we will provide one free of charge. Our equipment adheres to British Standards, guaranteeing the best quality coverage.
Never Worry About Charging
Your SmartLife pendant can last up to seven years without needing to be replaced. When your battery runs low, our systems let us know. We will send you a free replacement pendant to make sure you’re always in safe hands, keeping you connected to our team.
Your SmartLife alarm base unit has up to 24-hours of backup battery. If there is a power cut, the alarm will continue to work as usual, meaning you can always reach our team. When your power is restored, your base unit automatically recharges.

Choice of Additions
Additional Pendant
You can pair an additional pendant to your SmartLife alarm to be used as a spare, removing the worry of misplacing your pendant and not being able to reach our Response Team. Alternatively, an additional pendant can cover two people living at the same address, under one LifeConnect alarm plan.
Smoke Detector
LifeConnect24 Optical Smoke Detectors automatically send an alert to our 24/7 Emergency Response Team when they detect smoke. Our team are then able to immediately notify the emergency services. An audible alert is also activated, warning all household members. As the signal process is automatic and immediate, the risk to life and property is reduced.
Upgrade to Automatic Fall Detection
For extra peace of mind, our Fall Detector alarms come fitted with a fall sensor that sends an automatic alert to our Response Team if you have a fall. Many LifeConnect24 users upgrade to fall detection for the added reassurance and security it provides.
